Feature Building: The Verdesian
The Verdesian has been added to the list as one of the city's first green living residences. Developed by the Albanese Organization, the Verdesian has followed in the footsteps of their other green initiatives including The Solaire and Visionaire. Located in the Battery Park City section of lower Manhattan, the building has 252 units and is designed by SLCE Architects of Chelsea Towers and the German Mission at the UN.
